Comes exactly as shown, freshly packed with plenty of storage time on it. Just a heads up it's the flavor and texture that bumped down my rating. I can see this being useful for some recipes and I am in hurricane territory. The #10 can was on sale cheaper than the small bag so I bought it and opened it up and reconstituted it to the directions. I noted it was still kinda grainy and felt like dry milk. Taste would be better than nothing but it kinda taste like the cheep butter powder on popcorn, which I might use it for lol. I see it failing to make things like biscuits or to use for a cooking pan etc. this is more of a light butter FLAVORING. I will be storing ghee instead for these uses.
