I love the size of this fish sauce—it's just right. It retains that classic fish sauce aroma I'm used to from their smaller bottles, and the taste is spot-on delicious. As someone who uses fish sauce regularly, I appreciate having a larger quantity on hand without constantly needing to restock.However, my main critique is the plastic bottle. Mine arrived with a large dent, and I worry that if it were exposed to heat or got crushed, it could potentially leak or affect the flavor of the sauce.

This is great to keep in the fridge for that extra umami flavor. Nom Nom Paleo used it in many recipes and it really adds an extra dimension of flavor with just a little bit.

I love Red Boat Fish Sauce. No chemical preservatives, colors, or artificial anything. Only two ingredients…fish and salt. It has the best clean flavor and just the right fishy funk. And in the bulk size, we save a bunch of money. Win-win all the way!!

By far, the best fish sauce I have had. High quality and it really helps to bring out the umami flavor in dishes. Also, the owner is super nice. Once I had ordered directly from them and one of the bottles looked odd, like it had crystals in it. When I called, the owner answered directly and explained that this was completely normal, but since I felt uncomfortable with the product, he would send me a new bottle and an extra sample bottle of their highest quality fish sauce. I was very pleasantly surprised by this act of good will. Highly recommend this brand and the company.

Last month when I received the 64 oz , it had no seal. It's not returnable, so I kept it. If it happens again, I will DISCONTINUE!

I usually don't spend a lot for fish sauce. Rolands makes the one I normally buy. Except my grocery no longer carries the sugar-free one. So I went online and saw this huge bottle of Red Boat - one of the best and hitherto unaffordible fish sauces and it made most sense to get it. I will now have enough to see me through to 2030, but I now have a great new member of my culinary armamentarium. Go for it! All 64oz.
