Great pen, nice colour

This one is the best pen I’ve ever tried! See the pics - very fine but double ended - writes smoothly into fondant without depressing or dragging the icing - I can’t recommend this enough - I ordered it based on all the other reviews but it was even better than I expected! Excellent value too!

A few years ago I bought a black cake writing pen which was disappointingly light & useless. That cake was ruined & I had to re-ice it. This is a real black, dense colour which is it's probably why they named it "Liquorice". It's edible but tastless although I can understand why a person would think the name refers to the flavour (& not the colour). It's a good pen & works well. I would definitely recommend starting it off on a dried offcut of sugarpaste to get the liquid flowing & to get used to it before using it on your cake.

A really good pen for writing on treats as it has two different tips! Definitely recommend

The ink does not write smoothly at all on the fondant of the cake and it barely had enough o cover ONE LETTER! Horrible, I don’t recommend !
