I took this for 3 months, and it did miracles; my hair had been damaged for months because I kept dyeing it, but when I took this, it fixed my damaged hair and turned it into a beauty. My nails have been stronger than ever, they are not as damaged as they looked a few months ago, and they most certainly don't break easily anymore. My skin looks so healthy after taking this supplement, it looks as if I have clear glass skin. To anyone who wants this product GET IT.

Just started using this week and I'm already seeing results. I have noticed less hair coming out when I wash my hair and less in my hairbrush. Will continue taking and update. Highly recommend. Update after using for week the capsules really disagreed with my stomach. I hate to give them up but have no choice

I actually took the time to do a real in depth review of this so ur welcome. My before picture is the one in the green. I have pretty bad heat and bleach damaged 3b curls and have been working on healing and growing them for a LONG time so you can trust me. Now I got this product because I’m trying to grow out my hair and as you can clearly tell it did not do that so 0 stars for growth which was disappointing but to be fair I did get a little trim during this process. Anyways I gave it 5 stars because it actually did do as it was advertised to do and I feel like my hair looks and feels healthier(I did also change up my curl routine during this process so it could be that aswell) idk but honestly I feel like I worked but idk if I would spend 30$ on it again for 30$ it should’ve made my fricken hair grow but anyways it did what it said so 5 stars I guess

I love these vitamins. My hair has improved significantly after a short hair cut and using these vitamins combined with Purador hair shampoo and conditioner. Well treated hair will look great 👍
