I can't really say how they work, especially because I'm trying other ones too. Not at the same time, but sometimes I'm going to take 1 of each type of GLP-1 The last one I tried has a lot of chromium, and cinnamon, and I believe that's important in the supplement and then when I heard about this 1 I thought it sounded good too.🤷‍♀️

I'd give this zero stars if it was possible. I went through two bottles and I didn't loose a single pound, and I didn't notice any other positive benefits like increased stamina. IMHO this is a total ripoff. Your results may be different, good for you. There are so many bogus weight loss products on the market these days, they're flooding the internet with their BS and bogus success stories. If you really need to loose weight, talk to you doctor he can probably suggest something appropriate for you.

I would rate no stars if I could, I didn't even look at the reviews and I normally do, I have been taking these as directed on the bottle, have not lost weight but feel MORE hungry and like I'm actually gaining weight, definitely would NOT recommend!!!
