I really thought these would be too thin, but they work great. They are pre cut and so easy to use. Be careful putting on socks and shoes and they will work great.

I used the strips on my heel to prevent new shoes from causing a blister. No blister, but the edges of the strips rolled up and it was very annoying

I can see how this tape will prevent blisters, but don’t make the mistake of putting it over a blister. It will pull the blister off. On my foot with no blister, I was concerned it was going to take skin off as well.

Bought a two pack for a Disney trip and this was a must have! I wrapped my toes each morning after our first park day (i learned my lesson the first day) and it helped prevent a LOT of blisters. I cut each strip in half and used those strips to wrap each toe and used a full strip for my big toe. They were a great size and easy to use each morning! It also helped keep moleskin in place on one blister I had from the first day. Great purchase!
