This globe is in the Goldilocks zone, not to big, not too small but just right on a small table.

Educational and fun for every age.
I bought this for my 8 year old granddaughter and she loves it. Only problem is every one else loved it just as much and kept trying to sneak it away from her.

Great learning tool
Bought for my 9yr old. Like the atlas he is learning a lot about the different countries. And he loves the fact that it lights up to show the constellations

Globe was just right. When you turned the light on you could see the constellations. My grandson was very happy to receive this.

Day and night view globe
The media could not be loaded. Day and night view, with the night view as a night light showing 88 constellations.Nice size for kids to navigate the countries, which are shown in different colors, though it certainly doesn’t have lots of details beyond the major cities, as compared to the bigger globe.

Many major US cities missing labels, very hard to read any labels with naked eye
It's a cute globe and looks really nice on a small desk for kids. Unfortunately due to its small size, the text is extremely small and very hard to read with the naked eye. I bought this to point cities and countries out to my 6-year old. Not being able to read the labels easily made the task difficult if not impossible. Yes, it comes with a magnifying glass, but that made it feel unnatural and distracting. The other downside is this map does not have labels for many major US cities. We live in San Francisco, and often travel to Seattle and San Diego - neither of which are labeled. I've attached a photo showing the US side of the globe, which I wish was visible before I bought it. I'm sharing this so others avoid the mistake of buying it and end up with an unnecessary return. If you're looking for an easily readable globe for kids, with most major US cities labeled, this isn't the right product. If you're looking for a basic globe that looks cute on a table, this could be it.

nice size globe for my earth science teaching
I like the smaller size of this globe for referencing quickly about earth and earth science or the oceans. I didn't want a huge one. It's just right for my small office.
