Loved the product from day 1 for its simplicity and ease of assembly. Received compliments on it because it does 1 job and does it well. Had an issue with 1 clip snapping and another getting loose; emailed the company and they right away sent over 8 replacement clips. Love the product even more now.

Nicely built and finished rack at a great price. Was thinking of building my own until seeing this and glad the positive reviews were accurate. After reading the reviews on mounting, and seeing what was shipped, I decided to hard mount to the wall. If you measure the distance from the area just to left of the left upright to the area just to the right of the right upright you’ll discover it is 16 inches. First, I located two studs, sixteen inches apart and then removed the two triangular mounting loops on the horizontal cue bracket. Then I drilled a hole on both sides of the horizontal cue bracket between the cue holder clip and the right and left vertical bracket, 16 inches on center. I used 2, two inch drywall screws and a level to firmly mount it to the studs. The drywall screws are black and blend with the mahogany finish very well while being hidden by the cue and upright. It is tight enough that I didn’t need the little L brackets on the base. Very pleased and received compliments already on it’s appearance!

You will be very happy with this rack with the exception of the clips breaking...almost immediately. That is the reason for not giving a 5-Star rating. You would think this should be an easy fix for the manufacturer. Where the clips are located the circumference of the cue stick is too large causing them to break after only a few uses. I have found an easy fix...a larger clip. The Big Size (Large) clips work very well. Unfortunately, I had to buy a package of 3 different size clips for $8.99. You really only want the Big Size Clips. I bought 3 packs of the clips since there are 6 clips on the rack and in case I needed a spare. Also, I didn't know how well or poorly the new clips would work. I would recommend buying two packages since you'll need 6. I don't think you will need many spares with the larger clip size.

I had searched around for a while and almost bought the other cheaper brands. But I turned it away due to the lack of necessary hardware to support on the bottom. After further search we found this one and took a shot to make the purchase.Shipping was fast. It is pretty well made product and came with all of necessary hardwares, including the L bracket for the bottom mount. It was exactly what I needed. Easy to assemble, nice looking and sturdy. I am very happy with our purchase!

This was so easy to assemble and very sturdy! And the platic clips hold the cues securely but not too hard to put them in or take out. Very happy! Only tweak I made in assembling was put a couple drops of gorilla glue in the peg hole to secure rack-hanging dowell.

This was super easy to put together and it went on the wall perfect. I had read some reviews of similar ones that did not anchor to the wall and I wanted one that would be secure. This is very secure and stays in place while pulling the cues off and putting back on. I feel confident it can hold the weight of everything on it. Very happy with this purchase.

this rack holds 6 cues, all the balls, a rack and chalk. It's designed to be placed on a wall, which was perfect for us, as we didn't have room to put it on the floor. Price was reasonable, and it arrived quickly. Assembly also simple.

Great wood design but the plastic cue holders are junk. The break too easy cuz the cues are too big at the holder spot. I replaced them with metal ones but the rest of the rack is beautiful
