I absolutely adore this brand. This lotion has become a non-negotiable part of my daily routine—it leaves my skin soft, supple, and glowing, even without layering on serums. I’ve come across fake versions before, and the difference was obvious. That’s why I only buy directly from this seller now. The quality is unmatched, the ingredients are clean and honest, and it’s gentle enough for even the most sensitive skin. Versed has been my go-to skincare brand for the past two years—and with results like this, I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

The texture is rich and buttery, but it absorbs surprisingly well — no greasy residue, which is a huge plus for me. The only downside for me is the scent. It’s not overwhelming, but there’s something about it I just don’t enjoy — kind of nutty and earthy, which I know comes from the natural butters, but it’s just not my thing. Not sure I will re-purchase.I wanted to come back and update my review on the Versed Advanced Retinol Body Butter after using it consistently for a week. While I still don’t love the scent — it’s just not quite my style — I have to admit the results are starting to speak for themselves.My skin, especially on my legs, looks noticeably smoother and firmer. I honestly wish I had taken a before-and-after photo because I do see a visible difference. I’ve also been walking more frequently, so it could be a combination of that and this body butter, but either way, I’m happy with what I’m seeing!If you're looking for a skin-firming body treatment and don't mind a scent that might take a little getting used to, this is definitely worth trying. I’m glad I stuck with it.

I like this lotion. The smell is mild and it left my skin soft without being greasy.

I've been using the lotion that comes in a toothpaste shape tube for a long time and love it. I have very dry skin so when I saw there was a butter option I thought it would be great for more moisture. The product works well however the smell is terrible. It's not a lack of smell like some other reviewers have mentioned, the lotion doesn't have a smell. This butter has a smell and the smell is really bad. I'm trying to force myself to use up the container not to waste it but the smell is very unpleasant, luckily it doesn't last very long but during application and when it's on your hands it's very noticeable. Maybe if you have a good smelling body oil you can mix it with during application you can get by. I wouldn't recommend this though, definitely go for the lotion instead.

I ordered two of these since it was such a good price. Both containers had a black rim around seal and one of the labels was 90% rubbed off on one of the packages. There were small clear stickers to "secure" the lids but both looked VERY old and used

This is a great moisturizer that is not greasy or tacky and it absorbs well. You can get dressed right away after using it without worrying about it rubbing off on your clothes. This product has no fragrance so it won't clash with your perfume or whatever fragrance you may use. If you prefer your lotion to have fragrance, this isn't for you. Otherwise, it's a great product.

I can not get past the smell with this product. I have to spray cologne on my skin after using - Foul odor!!! Also this product is quite greasy and doesn't absorb well. Don't waste your hard earned money.

I never write reviews, especially on Amazon, but this is an exception. I bought this retinol body butter to use on my upper arms, armpit, breast area. I am 62 years young and I do not have flabby upper arm skin or creepiness like some of my peers do..I credit that with years of exfoliation with the Salux cloth that was introduced to me in 1987 by my Hawaiian sister-in-law, and exercise, for reference, I am a yoga teacher, a former runner and CrossFit and currently like to lift weights… I have prioritized taking care of my biracial skin and at my age my skin looks pretty good. I use this body butter at night from my neck all the way down to my ankles. I wake up, feeling completely moisturized, and soft. Now whether or not it firms and tones, it’s really not that important. What’s important is that my skin is thoroughly hydrated and this fits the bill and to make it even better it’s Not full of junk chemicals like so many on the market are…as far as the smell goes it doesn’t advertise to be a scented body butter. That is not what this does…if you want scented body butter then go to Bath& body works and get something that smells good if that is your main concern .
