I have only been taking Tudca for 10 days and have not noticed any effects yet. But I read the reviews before purchasing and didn't expect to right away. So, I'm hopeful that in a month or two the effects will become more obvious.Bill

Since I started using it I feel more energy and less bloating heaviness on my gastric system.It is a great lever tonic and its clearing up my skin as well.I would definitely recommend to a friend in future.

This is a formulation that contains a 'proprietary blend' of Tudca and Milk Thistle extract. I appreciate that they note the extract ratio so you have some idea what makes up the extract; for every nine parts of the plant they come up with one part of the extract. The part of the formulation that I don't like is the so called 'proprietary blend' part of the description. In listing the Tudca and Milk Thistle extract together, you have no idea of how much of each ingredient is included in the formulation. It says that for every two capsules it has 1000mg, but 1000mg of what? You don't know how much of each ingredient you're getting. Bottle says that its Vegan certified and non GMO certified but don't know who has certified that information. Third party tested, which is good but if they don't provide any specific information on the third party testing I'm personally putting almost no stock in that claim. GMP certified - Good Manufacturing Processes - which is good 60 capsules recommended dosage of 2 a day, so 30 days worth in the bottle. They have a website listed that is active, good, but it provides no additional information about their products and certification claims that I can find. It's some dead links and mostly links to Amazon to purchase products.
