High quality probiotics!
I used these high quality pribiotics to help quickly replenish my microbiome before giving birth (had been on antibiotics unexpectedly). I had some funky issues before and after finishing this bottle, everything seemed to be back in balance and I felt really good about using these during pregnancy.

Topical use for BV
Recommended by gynaecologist. Crispatus for managing BV. It doesn't eradicate BV sadly, but daily use as a vaginal suppository keeps it at bay.

They worked for me
I don't normally write reviews. But this product helped immensely within the first 24hrs of taking it. I'm not great at swallowing tablets, but these aren't too big so I was able to take them with no issues. The only downside is that all the writing on the bottle is in French, so I had to take a snapshot of the product details on Amazon for reference. I would definitely buy these again.

It didn’t work much for me , I bought some from garden of life . And that so far is working better than this , for the few days it seemed to be working but it wasn’t really as effective as probiotic from garden of life
