Really comfortable pen for big hands
The media could not be loaded. I bought this pen as a substitute for the one that came with my BOOX Go 10.3, primarily because it had an eraser toggle button and an ergo grip. The main body and cap are anodized aluminum, which makes for a light weight pen, but it is well balanced in the hand. I have not had any issues using the eraser button: I orient the cap so that the pen naturally falls into a position with the button right under my index finger, and I simply slide my finger up when I want to erase. I got used to this functionality as opposed to flipping to use an eraser end, as it gives more precision and doesn't require as much time. Nice when sketching!I do find that the stock tip is a little more slippery than the BOOX stock tip, and the nib holder is fairly robust. This leads to a smooth, roller ball like glide as opposed to the BOOX's which is more like a very stiff felt tip. Personally, I like it better: it feels more stable for my usage (handwritten notes and engineering sketches)As an added plus, you could unscrew the tip and use the hollow body to store some secret stuff! Or possibly add some sort of stuffing to give the pen some more heft if that's your desire. The only thing about it that's not ideal is its bulk... It doesn't fit in holders designed for the pencil-thin EMR styli. Not really an issue for me, as I plan to get a case that has a suitably sized holder.

Funtions very well! Heads up to someone deciding: constructed with very lightweight aluminum.
I bought this to use with my Remarkable 2 paper tablet. It works extremely well, never causes hand cramps like the Staedtler Norris Digital, and looks super sleek. So far, it seems pretty durable, resisting scratches and chips to the finish. I've been using it with the nibs included in the box, but I really enjoy that the Remarkable branded nibs fit in the pen for a more paper-like experience.Just one thing to note:If you are buying this wanting a "solid" feeling pen (heavyweight and robust feeling), this is not it. It is thick, well balanced, and feels great, but is not heavy in the way that most people associate with quality. Be prepared to receive a very lightweight pen. This, in my opinion, actually makes it feel even better to write with for extended periods of time. Enjoy!

Wow! This is fantastic!
I wanted something more pen like for my boox note air 4c and this is as close to writing on paper that I have seen! Amazing! The eraser button is genius and it just works. It is designed to not be too heavy or too light and the size is just right. It is comfortable to hold and while the value for money is not easy to determine (don’t know how long the nibs last), it is designed very well.

Not bad, but could use some improvements
The size and design is good. I do like the size and shape, though I would, personally, prefer a bit more weight to it. I'm really not used to a chunky pen like this weighing so little. This might be a plus for some people, but it feels cheap. (it's really not. The body is very durable and solid.)Unfortunately, on the "cheap" side, the cap is a problem. If you actually use the clip, there's so much play in where it connects to the cap that the paint scrapes off almost immediately. The photos were after less than a week of use. I really expected more durability at this price point. I get that a lot of people probably don't use the clip, but this wasn't even anything beyond hooking it into the case of my Remarkable 2.The tip is OK, but I prefer a different feel. It's easy enough to swap to a number of other tips and it's a very personal choice, so no criticism there. At least it's not some weird proprietary fit. There's no metal in the body, so it doesn't "stick" to any magnetic mounts. Adding some metal would fix this and also the weight issue. But might alienate users that prefer the lighter feel. It's not a bad stylus, but the chipping paint, lack of magnetic mount points, lack of heft and the fact that Remarkable updates continually disable the erase button means that it's going in a drawer and probably won't ever be used again.

Works with Tab s7+ and with S22 Ultra
Only used it a few minutes now but I definitely will keep it. Has a cheaper, light feel but I've ordered and returned every other pen including the wacom and saw the same thing, crap light plastic. Biggest up for this for me is the realistic pen feel, no one likes writing with a stick like my tablet and phone came with. But most of all the cap. I've broken serval tips on the wacom carrying it in my pocket for work. I do construction and frequently need to take notes, write estimates, sign contracts, etc so having it in my pocket and not broken is a must.

great grip real pen feel
I ended up returning it because I no longer had use for the digital notepad I was using but this pen felt much better in my hand than the one my pad came with. Great product and felt like writing with a real pen.

Very Solid Writing, But Some Tech Hassles
I've been using the Lamy Al-star EMR Pen in Black with my Remarkable 2 tablet for a while now, and it's a bit of a mixed bag.On the positive side, the writing experience is excellent. Smooth lines, consistent performance – exactly what you want from a digital pen. It really enhances my note-taking and sketching sessions. However, there are some downsides. The button, which you're supposed to program for the eraser function, can be a bit finicky. It's not the easiest thing to set up, and every time there's a software update, I find myself having to redo the programming. Plus, even when it's programmed, the button can be a bit touchy, which can lead to accidental erasures. If you're not particularly tech-savvy, dealing with these quirks might be frustrating. Additionally, the plastic construction feels a tad cheap. Given the price point, I was hoping for something a bit more premium-feeling.Overall, it's a decent pen with great writing capabilities, but the technical aspects and build quality leave something to be desired. If you're willing to overlook those drawbacks for the sake of good writing performance, it might be worth considering.
