These are fine but I wish the dose was only 1 or 2 capsules. They supplement smells ok and the bottle came intact and the capsules were all intact.

Good value, effective magnesium
I've used other brands of magnesium l-threonate before and needed to purchase some more. After looking at the different options on Amazon, I settled on this one due to the price and the purity of ingredients. It seems just as effective as more expensive brands. I take these before bed (along with some other supplements) to help with sleep and they seem to help. Overall, I highly recommend this product and am happy to give it 5 stars.

Only form of magnesium I can tolerate and benefit from
I love magnesium threonate, and this product is possibly the most affordable (as capsules) on Amazon. It helps me sleep, makes my brain work more effectively, and makes my digestion smoother without negative side effects. I've come up with creative problem solving solutions that are better than usual. Prior to trying it, I had been concerned that it could be overestimating and cause insomnia, but nothing like that occurs whatsoever. No complaints.

Definitely see the benefit of this magnesium supplement!
Magnesium has a lot of benefits but for me it's the fact that I take a few of these about an hour before bed and bammo, I'm relaxed and fall asleep very easily--it's strange how well it works. It's not a strong effect, very gentle but effective. I also feel like my focus and memory recall is a bit better too!

I think these actually work!
I think these actually work! I have been taking for a few days and my mind seems sharper! I am only taking one pill for now because I am sensitive. I will work up to the full dosage but for now I am very pleased with this product and recommend!

I actually like these. They seem to make me a little more energetic. And it seemed to help me focus a little more. It got me out of my brain fog a lot. It’s not like really great but I did notice a difference for the better. I gave it 4 stars.
