This multivitamin is great for MTHFR. I’m not pregnant but prenatal vitamins provide more of the essentials than a standard. This is gentle on the stomach, and the B vitamins don’t overload my sensitive teenager nor myself. They’re affordable as well.

I got this prenatal because I found out that the one I had been using prior contained plastic unfortunately. I was searching for another prenatal that contained folate instead of the synthetic form, (folic acid) and found this one. I have only taken it for about a week but so far, it has been good and I have been feeling good. No nausea or adverse side affects. However, I wish the taste was a little bit more pleasant.

Did the job. Didnt taste funny, light weight. Would purchase again!

I take prenatal vitamins for the hair benefits, even though I’m not pregnant. I love that this one has folate rather than folic acid, that’s why I ordered it. Anyhow, I’m definitely seeing a difference in my hair, even after just a month. It’s growing a tad faster which is exactly what I want. This stuff is wayyy better than anything you can get at the store!

These vitamins are nasty!! They are very big and leave a horrible taste in your mouth. I completed the bottle but will not be purchasing it again.
