La forma como fue recibida
La caja venía rota y todas las piezas fuera de las bolsitas y del tool box; faltó una broca y una pieza venia usada.

Disappointed
This tool is basically a dremel with a stand. I have yet to find a disc/blade that would cut a glass bottle.

Great concept, terrible quality & terrible instructions.
Great concept, terrible quality & terrible instructions. Some instructions are just missing, like how to attach the cutting disc to the shaft that you insert into the chuck. Parts and pieces don't align. But the main thing is that there no mechanism for delivering water to the blade is provided, even though the video shows water being delivered to the blade. Also, no screws provided to stabilize the base, and also, no way to secure the bottle in position. and no way to cut the bottom of a bottle, unless your turn it upside down. which means it is even harder to stabilize. . Opening and closing of the aperature / chuck should be easier - is awkward.

very cool
Easy to use and only took me about 10 mins to get the hang of it. Can cut a bottle in under a minute safely. No sharp edges and very impressed.

NOT EASY TO USE
IT WAS SOLD AS AN EASY TO USE PRODUCT

Drill motor is basically “disposable”.
The drill motor allowed me to drill about 40 holes in wine bottles. After that, it stopped working. Amazon fulfills it, but won’t help and doesn’t connect you with the seller. Now, basically a non-operating drill press.

Not really for beginners
This cutter does do a lot but I don't think it is as easy to operate as the description leads it to be. Make sure to wear gloves, I had the glass break while trying this and didn't wear gloves. I won't make that mistake again. Also I didn't use water when first cutting the glass, that was also a mistake on my part. This is a bit hard and messy to do by yourself so make sure you set this somewhere that water can run over the project while cutting to keep the cut/drill cool and prevent damage. I am newer to doing glass cutting and this took me a bit of time to figure it out. The machine itself is fairly solid, the stand is pretty heavy and sturdy and made of metal. There are many parts included for use like cutting, grinding, sanding and a drill. I haven't tried the carving option yet but that looks pretty easy to do. I have cut wine bottles and was successful getting the edge pretty straight and then sanded fairly smooth. I am using this to make DIY crafts but hopefully I will be able to try all the features and update the review.
