Nice taste and really makes me sleep

I love bedtime teas and have quite the range but this was my first time trying these and I'll definitely be buying them again! They taste lovely (although I do add a touch of honey to all mine) I felt lovely and relaxed before bed, great value and as nice if not nicer than some of the more expensive teas

Not a review as such but my wife drinks this tea and really enjoys the flavour - and it helps her to sleep. However, we will think twice about re-purchasing this product as it has over doubled in price. We were paying £3.04 per box.

The first time I had this tea I felt really sleepy in about an hour. This effect has disappeared after I used it every night for a week but I still get the best quality sleep. I used to toss and turn and wake up in the middle of the night. This is all gone now and I wake up feeling rested.I already ordered more and I will keep using it.There is a slight weird smell when yiu brew itoʻ but not at all unpleasant. After a few days you will not even notice it . It is worth it anyway.

This for me is the most effective valerian root tea available. The company has done such a good job making it taste drinkable and still work that I’ve become a loyal customer to across all of the wellness range. The Christmas tea tin and advent calendar’s are family favourites and my pops loves the spiced chai.

Lovely, balanced taste. Great for evenings.

I am trialing a number of different teas marketed for sleep and anxiety. I ordered this tea expecting a nice cuppa, as I have had other teas from this company before that have all been delicious. I brewed myself a cup of this tea, and tasted it. It has a nice taste to begin with; the flowery notes of the chamomile initially exciting my taste buds, followed by the floral lavender. I am not sure which ingredient it is, but I noticed quite quickly that there is a rather bitter aftertaste. I appreciate this might be what some consumers prefer, however I found it slightly unsavoury. Its not an unpleasant tea, and I will drink it all in time, however it is not necessarily a tea I would buy again. There are other teas on the market that taste slightly nicer with similar ingredients. It did relax me and help me to go to sleep when I drank in the evening, it is just the bitter aftertaste. Next time I might try adding a drop of honey.
