Helps with my sleep quality and relaxation. I take it 1 hour before bed. Magnesium is essential especially for women so nice to have one of good quality

Dosage less than half the recommended.
Good product but magnesium level too low @80 and to get recommended daily dosage you would have to take 4 - not pleasant when you hate pills! I am sure there is a good reason to keep level low- just something to consider before buying.
