These heated stones are amazing and my clients love them. Make sure you are familiar with the heat levels before you use them.

The stones are smooth for hot stone massage with oil or lotion. They also heat up fairly quickly, within about fifteen minutes.The surface that the case is on should be metal or granite or marble, not a surface that is sensitive to heat. The underside of the case gets hot. I would also put a timer on them. I would hate to start a house or office fire from them, although not likely. I have not tested how long they will stay on and stay heated. They get HOT.They are very hot to touch. You do not want to apply to skin directly without cooling a bit first. There are no real directions on how to use. They are a good deal for the price.
