I ordered this on the 22nd of March. I will mention this takes longer than your typical 2 day prime. It was supposed to be here between the 31st and 6th and I received it on the 29th. So first off I was pleased to get it earlier than I anticipated! Before I even received the item customer service reached out personally on Amazon to let me know it was on its way and informing me if I had any questions or issues with delivery to message them. Then 3 days after receiving it they messaged again to ensure I had gotten the dresser and to remind me to lock the rack in place for safety. I hadn't gotten it together at that point and let them know, and they were very polite in telling me to contact that if I had any questions on assembly. I'd never had a company take such care in ensuring things went well like that.When opening the box I was surprised to see extra support put in place to keep the box intact and to protect the product from damage. I had never seen something(aside from electronics) packaged so nicely to keep the item safe like that.Instead of your typical furniture item with a million different pieces, this one had some pieces pre-assembled making it very easy to put together! They provide you with all the tools you need for the job, and everything came together quickly and correctly the first time! It was one of the easiest furniture items this large that I've assembled.The drawers are made of fabric, but they are very sturdy and spacious. For my husband and I we easily fit our clothes in the bottom 8 drawers. We have a little one on the way and plan on using the top drawers for baby clothes and diapers and such. I cannot wait to start filling it up more. It looks great in my space and doesn't take up a lot of room.I highly recommend this dresser and this company! This was definitely worth the price and I will certainly be looking to buy from them again in the future.

I transferred all the contents of two dressers into this one and I have 2 empty large dresser drawers left because there is so much room.The build was straightforward and took me about 2 hours. If you want to cut the time in half have someone assemble the drawers and handles while you put together the rack. As a solo job it was easy. It's not heavy to move alone it is just cumbersome.I had one slight complaint as the middle part of the dressers were too narrow for the drawer to fit. It makes it a real struggle to pull the bottom two out. I had to force them in and out and if it's not wall mounted it makes the dresser rock every time. I could bend the bars out to slide more smoothly but shouldn't need to do something like that.The drawers are super roomy and I would recommend the card style of organization for shirts and pants. You can fit a lot. I have 12 T-shirts in each, 8-10 pants, and I can fit about 4-8 bras in each small drawer. It helps keep everything separate and that's something I really needed so my drawers don't end up chaotic. I even have a dedicated drawer for my beanies and hats now.The dresser itself looks really nice. The material is sturdy and the wood top and handles are easy to wipe off. I don't have to worry about slides breaking or sagging boards. The metal rack is super sturdy and I don't see this ever falling apart. I would absolutely recommend this.You can also easily take this apart to pack up and move. I will probably never own an all wood or MDF board dresser again. This is so much easier and convenient for storage.

Incredibly easy to assemble. I would say that only the first step was tricky, but doing it solo, I found that balancing it partially against the wall helped me, and then every other part clicked into place simply and quickly afterward. I bought one for my son’s and bonus daughter’s room, and it fits our needs so well that I purchased a second one a few weeks later. It holds my partner’s and my clothing perfectly, as well as the kids'. I like that when it’s empty, one person can easily move the whole thing, albeit a bit awkwardly. It even comes with wall anchors, which I really appreciated, even though the kiddos are well past the climbing stage. It holds up to the abuse of 8 & 9-year-old kids and fits so perfectly in my small closet (small apartment, I’m sure many can relate to). I still have space to hang items next to it without compromising the space. I got these when they were about half-price, but I definitely believe this product is worth it. Two were perfect for our family of 4! I apologize for the clutter above; my spring cleaning isn't quite done yet, lol.
