This case has been my top choice for every phone I’ve owned, and I got this one for my wife. I prefer the black version myself, but she loves this color. It’s one of the most practical designs available for both Android and iPhone. I’ve used it on both and never needed a screen protector.I like to keep some emergency cash and a couple of cards in it, just don’t overload it. Another standout feature is the tripod fold, which lets you prop the phone up on a table. Hands down, this is the best case for full front-and-back protection.

April 28, 2023Shieldon never fails to impress with its craftsmanship, presentation, and solid build quality. Bought the Navy Blue color for my Deep Purple iPhone 14 Pro Max. Turns out great as the blue has a purple hue as well making the overall phone aesthetic a seamless one.With the good, there are always things to consider as well, and these are mine:ProsGreat leather feelVibrant colors esp out the boxBuild quality is exceptionalBox presentation makes it feel like you're opening a luxury item, lol. Even the paper wrap is a nice touch.It's just a pleasure to look at when it's sitting on a tableConsYour device will obviously be bulkier AND heavierThe 3 card slots are nice but 2 cards in and the bulk is even moreDo NOT, and I can't repeat this enough, do not wipe the inner lining with a wet cloth. Massive discoloration will happenOverall, very satisfied yet again and I can, of course, see myself purchasing this again when I do update my device. Thank you to the Shieldon team.A few additional notes:Remove your phone from the folio case from time to time to remove the dirt debris accumulated within the rubber framing.This case is not a "shut-off" case meaning once you close the folio flap, it doesn't put your phone on sleep mode.

This phone case was very nice high quality leather.

I love this case. But because of the new Apple Magsafe feature I cannot charge my phone wirelessly while using this case. It's sad.

The media could not be loaded. I love Shieldon cases in general and this one in the black leather pebble grained is another great one. I personally like the “book” type case as it provides a viewing stand, gives more to hold onto and can be held partially closed for privacy purposes when reading sensitive texts. The buttons of the case line up perfectly with the phone buttons and the charger, speaker and camera cut outs are spot on. I like that is has a good strong magnet so it stays closed and provides the protection you want. I don’t use it as a wallet, it’s a phone. If you put cards in it the closure of the magnet will weaken and may fail, depending how many cards you insert. Is it really worth it to risk the phone being damaged in a drop because you have so much junk in there the magnet can’t hold the cover closed? Just carry a wallet. As a phone case, it is great and gets 5 enthusiastic stars.

2nd one I’ve owned - 3 years use out of the last one. Cover was still good but my card holders finally bit the dust. I abused it so my bad - - if you don’t cram it in jeans pockets 15-20 times a day like I do, will last a long time. Quality build.

As you can see my cover fit, but did not “fit-fit”.I was bummed because the quality of the real leather was so nice. This was the best quality portfolio case I ever had. So I reluctantly sent this photo to customer service. They got back a few hours later! They asked to me and ask me to send them a few photos, sent me a new case within 48 hours! Anyone can have a great product, but they have great customer service and went above and beyond to make sure my phone had the fit pictured in the listing.
