Worth the wheel replacement
This suitcase was a gift so I was highly frustrated when I saw the damage to it. After flying, I noticed my wheel was missing. Filed a claim through AA and they stated that this damage is considered wear and tear so it doesn't require them compensating me. Frustrated to say the least.Quickly got on Amazon and found this product. I am satisfied as now my suitcase rolls properly as it should. Took me some researching to determine the right wheel screw alignment but minus the "wear and tear" from flying with AA, I'm completely satisfied with this product. Easyto install and saved me a lot of money because I thought I may have to replace my entire suitcase.

Late shipping and missing parts
Don’t trust the shipping info. Mine Came almost 10!days late with 1 wheel instead of a pair with missing parts. No screws came with it either.

Buy these wheels!
These wheels are tough and easy to install. We just returned from a two week vacation, which involved several airports, trains, escalators, subways and buses. Because we're getting up there in age, we "let" the suitcases down a little hard a few times, the wheels took all the punishment in stride. We also encountered several cobble stone sidewalks.

Smooth ride even with weight.
These caster wheels were exactly what I was looking for. The wheels on my American Tourister luggage set were single wheel and it felt like I was dragging them through the airport. 3 out of 4 holes lined up with these replacements, but they screwed in well despite not being an exact match to the design. They ride so smooth it's like skates on a rink! Just takes a little patience. Screw one hole slightly, then the next, and then go back and tighten them all. That worked for me. Added some wheel covers too. Great price comparibly. Headed to Alaska this week. Super thankful!
