I actually take this supplement to help my body. I after taking them I feel the taste but I think this is normal and the size looks big but you swallow it easily

Iv just finished the first month of these they are quite big to swallow but there again im not brilliant at taking tablets lol

Pain in my knee diminished after a few days of taking this supplement. Great. They are a bit on the large side.
