Good sturdy chair, the style of it is nice altho I would have opted for grey plastic for the arms as the white makes it look cheap.I think this is comfortable, some reviews say you can feel where the massage pads are but you can't. Reclines well and a pull out footrest, which I can see possibly breaking over time but if you don't man handle it and only use as and when it will last. Found it easy to assemble too.The massage function is a little on the noisy side. But you can definitely feel it, 2 settings for this, high and low. Heat is very good too. Although I do agree that green writing on blue is hard to see.Sizes of the chair is nice and wide and tall on the back. Overall function of this chair is good.

This chair is very comfy. Love that it heats up as well as massages. It’s very comfy but I would like that it sits upright more as tends to slip backwards.

After needing a new office chair I spent ages going through dozens of chairs for sale on Amazon and checking out there reviews. Most I looked at had loads of bad reviews but this one had mostly positive reviews so went for it. All my other chairs had been faux leather which always seem quick to show signs of wear so figured I would give a fabric material a go instead!I have had it for a few weeks and have had no problems with it to date. Assembly was ok other than it being tricky to fit the back section into the seat section. It initially just wouldn't drop in low enough to line the screw holes up.. a fair bit of fiddling and twisting it seemed to just drop lower and line up.I wasn't expecting much from the massage function but I have to say was pleasantly surprised at how quiet and effective it was. The heat function is ok too but limited to the lumber section only, it would be nice to have had the base heated too.Overall though it is really comfortable especially when reclined with the foot stool extended out and having the heat and massage function going!So if I was being picky I would have liked about another 2 inches in height for my desk but it just about works for me. Also the handset is extremely hard to read the text. Small dark blue writing on a dark green background really doesn't work! But it isn't rocket science to work out and the fact you can switch off parts of the massaging feature is pretty cool too.All in all really happy with the chair all round. Time will tell if the fabric and stitching last well..

Awful chair only used for a few days and it's just too uncomfortable to sit on, the seated padding area is shocking, a shame really because the rest of the chair is very well build and sturdy. I would not recommend at all

Comfy, easy to assemble, massage is not great but it's good. Heating element is great too. It's a shame it only heats the lower back though

The materialis ok, however you can feel the bolts through the bottom of the chair, the seat warms up adequately but the massage isn't great

Great solid chair. We’re elderly so a bit difficult for us to get the box up the stairs to build. However, the chair was very easy to put together. All the holes were aligned. The screws and bits were easy to identify and the instructions were fairly easy to follow.The seat I find very comfortable and love the massage element of it but I would always prefer them to be a lot more powerful when massaging but still pretty good.The only negative and it is very minor is there a big crease in one of the top pads which I am hoping will settle down after a while and drop out as currently it spoils the aesthetics of the chair.Although I looked at the measurement it is a far bigger chair then I expected but it’s a good strong solid chair.Overall an excellent chair and worth every penny.

Hi,I've had this chair for nearly a year, recently one of the wheels snapped off.As I really like the chair, its still comfortable (I dont use the heater/massager much, but the size is good). I was pleased to find replacement wheels on-line with amazon at a very resonable price "Yuechenggui Universal Size Office Chair Twin Caster Wheels". I simply used pliers to pull out the broken wheel, and inserted the replacement wheel, and i was back on stable rolling platform.A good chair for the price, and hoping it will last a few more years to get real value for money!
