Okay, so I made these in muffin pans, and after they cooled glazed them with a cup of powdered sugar and three tablespoons of fresh lemon mixed into a glaze. They were SINFULLY DELICIOUS! Be careful... they are addicting! LOL Great treat for those who must be gluten free. (If you really want to make them extra yummy... poke 3 holes in each "muffin" cake with a wooden spoon handle before you put the glaze over them. EXTRA YUMMMMMM! Of course you can make this in a cake pan and do the same.

I love cake…so much.But, recently, I have been trying to cut back on wheat because I always feel sluggish after consuming, despite how much I adore carbs.I have purchased the King Arthur brand in the past and was impressed, but as costs keep going up on everything I’m being very discerning these days—BUT this cake is phenomenal.It rose beautifully and is incredibly moist. I even substituted half canola oil with the butter (was running low) and it still came out perfectly.There’s a good, genuine vanilla/white flavor and tons of colorful confetti pieces so it’s also pretty and fun. And by my imaginary logic and math I can absolutely eat more because it is gluten free.This is a great value for a gluten free cake—so I definitely recommend if you are exploring this route for any health reasons!

Unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a gluten intolerance over 10 years ago and it’s always been a struggle to find alternatives that taste like the real thing. However, this I’d say is probably the best gluten-free cake mix I have ever come across and I have tried almost every brand out there. My husband and son do not have a gluten intolerance and love this cake. I guarantee most people will not be able to tell the difference! if you have a gluten intolerance you need to try this!!!! Also, another bonus is it is dairy free as well. I know many people have a dairy intolerance so you can use a dairy alternative milk to make it. I’ve purchased this cake mix for many years and will continue to as long as it is sold!

These baked so well and were so delicious! I made my first cake bites (like cake pops) with them! I made them DF too, using avocado oil and Miss Jones vanilla frosting! I also used Enjoy Life chocolate chips, 5 egg yokes instead of 3 eggs (for extra moist cakes) and baked them at the minimum time with two 9" round cake pans.I highly recommend this cake mix! It's so good! 😋

SO yummy! I am always impressed with King Arthur's gluten free products. I buy their cake mixes multiple times a year for birthdays, etc... I have never tried their Confetti Cake Mix until now and I am in love! It tastes like vanilla, but also with a hint of lemon. Everyone is always shocked when I tell them the dessert is gluten free. I topped this with homemade strawberry buttercream. So delightful! Highly recommend King Arthur Baking products. You can't go wrong.

Ordered the 2 box at. I box was opened and cake mix was all over my items inside. Salvaged what was in the box. Couldn't do a partial credit or replacement and I needed 1 box ASAP. Cupcakes were yummy.

The best GF cake mix, moist and delicious, i would definitely recommend.

This was delicious! It definitely made it easier not having to worry about gluten and dairy ruining my birthday. My son and husband even enjoyed the cake!
