Try It!
A Game Changer for Both Skin and Joint Support! As a woman in my 40s, I'm always on the lookout for ways to support healthy aging, and my partner has been dealing with the challenges of degenerative disc disease and ligament issues for quite some time. After countless treatments costing upwards of £2000 with only marginal results, we decided to try a collagen powder that boasted Types 1, 2, and 3 – hoping to address both our needs. I opted for powder over tablet form for quicker absorption.Whilst using this particular collagen powder the results have been genuinely surprising. I've personally noticed a visible improvement in my skin's appearance. Friends have even commented that I look more radiant, which is a lovely bonus!More significantly, my partner has reported feeling slight but noticeable improvements in his joint comfort. While it's not a miracle cure (and we weren't expecting one), any positive change is a huge win considering his ongoing discomfort. To think that this relatively inexpensive powder is offering some relief when so many other costly interventions haven't is quite remarkable. The fact that this single product targets multiple areas – skin health for me and joint support for my partner – makes it incredibly convenient. Knowing that it contains Types 1, 2, and 3 collagen gave us confidence that we were addressing a broad range of connective tissue needs.Overall, we are both very pleased with this collagen powder. It's easy to incorporate into our daily routines, and the subtle yet significant improvements we've experienced make it a worthwhile investment, especially when compared to the exorbitant costs of other treatments we've explored. If you're looking for a multi-faceted approach to support skin and joint health, this Type 1, 2, and 3 collagen powder is definitely worth considering.

Great for travel
I usually get the tub of this collagen which is great, but for travel I found these and they are super handy. I don’t know yet if the collagen is helping my skin as it’s too early to tell, but it certainly won’t be doing any harm. I suspect it will take several months of taking it consistently to see the benefits. No taste - for anyone worried you can taste anything. Just stirs into anything easily and dissolves. I have it in coffee usually or an Options hot choc.

Pure collagen with no fillers
What appealed to me about Revive powder was that it was pure with no fillers or additional vitamins added.I have tried other methods of Collagen supplements in pill or capsule format and have had unwanted side effects ranging from constipation to urgency of peeing, this was due to the fillers and/or vitamin C/biotin add ons. I have had no negative side effects since taking Revive collagen powder for the past three weeks. When you open the tub, you notice that it’s a really fine white powder, it comes with a measuring scoop with 10,15,20,25ml markings. It dissolves really well in hot water, but there is clumping if I stir it in cold liquids/yogurt. I think you need to use a blender or shaker for successfully adding to cold liquids. I personally don’t care for the added washing up so am happy to put it in hot liquids.Because there is a slight unpleasant taste if I take the full dose in one go, I’ve been taking my daily dose in two stages, half in my morning porridge and half in my evening peppermint tea.My research has told me that you do need to ensure your having enough vitamin C in your diet because your body needs it make use of the collagen, it’s not necessary to take it with your dose but during the day. I can’t take vitamin C supplements, they irritate my bladder, so it has encouraged me to eat more fruit. That’s a good thing, we need the fibre!it’s too early for me to say if taking Revive collagen supplement is as effective as promised, I initially wanted to take them as I am on a weight loss kick and it was recommended to me as a 47 year old to use them to help with loose skin that will come from losing body mass, I won’t know if the Revive collagen powder will help with that until I reach my weight loss goals. However my nails seem to be growing nicely, they’re smooth and shiny and my skin generally feels nice, I haven’t had any breakouts on my current period, so that’s good. Although that could also be attributed to eating healthier in general!I have had one surprise outcome already, I have the early stages of arthritis in my wrist and hadn’t been able to enjoy activities requiring fine manipulation, such as drawing, using tweezers and even pruning. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the pain in my wrist/thumb has subsided in the past weeks that I have been taking this collagen powder. It does seem like the best quality one out there, if you don’t mind the texture and the taste, pills are convenient to take but they always have fillers that can be unpredictable on your digestive system. And let’s face it, collagen supplements in general are not cheap!I think this one is good value for money.

Bought it for the protein but it eradicated pain in my foot!
So I actually bought this as a way to get an extra 20g of protein into my day. I liked the idea of it being low calorie and easy to mix into other snacks like a coffee or yoghurt, but it also not containing a load of weird chemicals like most protein powders do. I figured with it being Collagen it would also have a side benefit to my hair and skin and arteries (meant to help your blood vessels).I tried it and forgot about it for a while. It’s tasteless. It’s a bit annoying you have to do 8 mini scoops - please just provide a 1 serving scoop? Then this week I started using it as a way to get my protein up in my breakfast by adding it to my coffee. I like it in the coffee - melts away, no taste really, gives a nice froth.I happened by be suffering with quite bad foot pain at the start of the week - it had slowly been building over a few weeks. I’m not sure what’s wrong with it but resting it did nothing to help. It was even starting to hurt in my sleep, massages didn’t help - it felt like a bone issue. One night I woke up at 2am, it still hurt. I then woke up at 7am after a deep sleep, and it was magically better.I know deep sleep is healing but I sleep every night pretty well - that alone can’t have fixed it. The only other thing I’ve done differently this week was to take this collagen once a day in my coffee. I don’t really believe in supplements doing much more than a good diet can, I’ve never noticed any difference with anything else - but I’ve had this 3 times and I’m 90% sure it’s the thing that’s helped my foot. I’m astounded! So I’ll keep at it. It’s doing me some good somehow and helping me to hit my protein goals.
