Key to good froth
I love this as a non-dairy alternative for lattes. I first found out about the product from a local coffee shop as I loved the flavor and that it froths up nicely similar to regular milk. I have ordered many times, and here is the key to making sure it will froth nicely for you...make sure you pay attention to the weather temps and how long the shipping will take to get to you. When I have received the shipment in a matter of days, I notice that the almond milk froths up much better. When the shipment has taken a week or more, the almond milk does not froth well. I think it may have to do with it sitting for long periods in a hot weather on a dock or a truck impacts the integrity of the product. Something to keep in mind when ordering.

Great for latte & cappuccino making
I use this instead of the almost milk you find at most stores. It foams significantly better and doesn't separate like most almond milks. It also tastes excellent. The only thing better is real milk. I have used this in a fully automatic espresso machine as well as the Nespresso Aeroccino frother. If I had one complaint is that it takes a really long time to ship and arrive (11 days last order) so I'm glad I can order a pack of 6 but I have to remember to order when I have 2 left. I guess I'm spoiled with Amazon Prime so no deduction in stars warranted.

Milk was 2 months expired
This milk actually tastes really good — which is why I went ahead and bought 12 boxes for myself — but when it arrived, the milk was already 2 months expired and I cannot return or exchange it so I have 12 boxes of milk I have to throw away, that I paid $62 for.

The reason almond-milk lattes taste better at cafes than at home: not sold in stores. Buy it on Amazon.
Saw it was the brand my favorite 'spro-bar uses. Froths magnificently, better than soy or even dairy milk. Long shelf life, longer in fridge than dairy. Tastes great. Has a bit more sugar than Pacific's regular non-barista variety (for viscosity) but not perceptibly sweeter. Tastes much better than soy, is a healthier alternative for those who need to control estrogen production, less sugar than dairy milk and less fat than any dairy milk other than skim. Tastes great w/o masking the coffee's flavor, and isn't sweet like flavored syrups. Only wish it didn't take so much water to grow almonds.

Better, but not TWICE as good
We've been using the regular Pacific Almond Milk, original flavor to whip our coffee creamer for some time now. When I saw this at my local Peet's I set out to find it. As many of you know, the don't sell it at retail stores, so I came here to find it. Voila! But at more than twice the price of the regular version. I bought a six-pack to try out: we like it, it's marginally better (creamier, whips up frothier) but not sufficiently better to justify paying so much extra.

Best Latte Art Ever! Superb Taste and Packaging. Same Brand Fancy Coffee Shops Use
Pacific Barista Almond Milk + their Soy Barista are my go-to favorite milks for frothy lattes. Super fun and easy to dazzle friends and family with fancy latte art produced by the milk’s smooth texture. I combine half Almond + half Soy milk and froth it via my Nespresso/Breville latte espresso machine. This is the same barista milk my favorite high-end coffee shops use. You can not find this ‘barista’ style in grocery stores. It arrived safely due to this merchant’s impressive thick bubble wrap packaging. I highly recommend Pacific Barista Series Almond milk.

Tastes like an almond milk drink from a true coffee stand
I make a lot of cappuccinos and lattes at home with my espresso machine, but the almond milk never tastes right. Purchasing almond milk at a grocery store never meets expectations, it doesn't foam right or have the right level of sweetness. I asked my local barista what almond milk they use, and found out there is a barista series. I found it on Amazon, and it lives up to the hype. It is absolutely what I needed for the perfect coffee drink at home.

Bad batch
Agree with what a few others have said. Must be a bad batch, or not stored/shipped properly by the seller. All the 12 cartons I got last month have a May expiration. And when I've ordered from other sellers, the expiration date is always much farther out, at least a year. So that might have something to do with it. Flavor is off and the milk doesn't foam at all...this was never the case before with this brand, which I've used for the last several years and is my go-to for making lattes at home.
