Great product. All metal construction. Easy to use. Has extra pins. Would definitely recommend for someone like who practically collects watches.

Resize your watches save a few bucks.
I like to think I am a DIY'er. With that being said, I thought this would be a good buy. I was 100% correct and totally happy with my buy. It is a good value for the money paid. Because of the different slots on the block, makes the functionality of this item great. Highly recommend getting this if you do not want to pay someone else to do it and you have the know how to resize your own jewelry.

Fast shipping mostly all tools
Some of the pins broke. Good thing they send extras, and would be nice to get a ball or a back popper , to get to the batteries and insides easier .Great for the price and what you get is pretty basic, a good starter kit. If you would say that! It’s portable wish some stuff was built a little stronger

Super easy to use
I have tiny little kid wrists and always have to take out a chain link or two. This device makes it so easy! I did three watches in under 10 minutes.

Interchangeable pusher tips are junk
Pin pusher tips are mot made of sturdy steel. Pushing my first link pin cause.the pusher tip to fail (broke clean off w,/ only finger pressure. I was not amused
