Excellent quality pure juice with nothing added 👌

I was expecting this to be extremely bitter and needing to be diluted or mixed to be palatable. Honestly I like it just fine at full strength, though perhaps in smaller sips. I like it quite a bit better than the usual diluted and sugared cranberry juice you normally find in grocery stores. Sometimes it's better not to try to improve on nature. I like the glass bottles because glass is inert and has no effect on the flavor. By the way, it smells wonderful.Despite what you may have heard, the health benefits of cranberries are still being investigated and there's not a whole lot of evidence so far in vivo (in the body). Most of the health claims are speculative, based on in vitro studies (in a test tube). The claim about preventing urinary tract infections remains largely unproven. Anti-aging properties and the true benefits of antioxidants don't have a lot of scientific support, at least so far it's just theoretical. Blood pressure and blood glucose studies have shown no benefit from cranberry juice. Generally speaking, cranberries are really remarkable little fruits, but the chemicals they contain generally don't make it through your digestive process intact and the ones that do are quickly excreted from the body. It's one thing to show a chemical reaction in a test tube, it's another entirely to show a benefit in a human body where a lot of other chemicals are interacting. Anything good contained in cranberries has to make it into your blood stream and then make it inside your cells, before it can have much effect. Probably the most likely benefit of cranberry juice is actually to your teeth, in that it (theoretically) might inhibit bacteria growth that causes cavities. That's only because the cranberry juice gets to your teeth before any digestion occurs.So, don't buy and drink this juice because you think it'll help you live forever. Buy and drink this juice because you like cranberry juice without all the added sugar. I highly recommend it for this purpose. You may want to dilute it, or drink a glass of water afterwards, but it can be enjoyed straight out of the bottle if you like cranberries. If you hate cranberries and just want the theoretical health benefits, try blueberries instead as they are quite similar for antioxidants and a lot less bitter.

Nov 2015 :Pomegranate juice is now the super drink to bolster the immune system among other medicinal claims. I hope it so as the research indicates. The important aspect of this super drink is that it contain no additional additives such as sugars, taste enhancers and it is not produced from a concentrate. In other words just pure pomegranate juice. IF THE LABEL ON THE BOTTLE IS ACCURATE AND THE ITEM DISCRIPTION FROM ITS ONLINE AD THEN THIS IS THE REAL McCOY. SO FIVE STARS FOR MEETING THE HIGH STANDARDS THIS COMPANY HAS SET FOR ITSELF. PS: I ALSO ENJOY THE TASTE .TART BUT NOT SOUR. VERY PLEASANT.A NICE ADDITION TO THE MANY GLASSES OF WATER I DRINK DAILY.Please note that the cost is approximately $10 for a 32oz. bottle.DEC 2015:I was ready to put in my third order when I noticed that the price has increased from $56 for the six pack in Nov to $69 in Dec (LESS THAN SIX WEEKS). As a person who truly needs the benefits this drink offers I feel like I am being held hostage . It is the best drink in the market place but I and possibly others are being put in a position to lower our standards . This is a 20% increase from one month to another. My S.S hasnt increased by 20% or my pension hasnt increased by that same amt. Were the Lakewood people operating at a loss last month or has the demand decreased for this excellent product? I certainly am not in the know of the internal financial structure of this company but I hope the reason for this huge increase is not for outrageous profits. We customers (with special needs) need to be able to trust our retailers in reasonable pricing. My biggest fear is when will the next price hike take place and for how much. So here is a five star product that has now placing itself out of many peoples reach. Time will tell.

Taste great but the cost is high.

This pure cranberry juice is really good…I mix it with coconut flavored water. I have ordered it three times. My last order was damaged and there was broken glass and cranberry juice everywhere in the box. It was packaged nicely in a smaller box inside the larger outside box but the smaller inside box was not secured and needed to be cushioned so it was stationary.

Great! No sugar.

Almost necessary today to keep your kidneys clear I would recommend it for any age, but especially octogenarians. Why do you get used to the bitter taste? You don’t mind it you could add Stevia to it but after a while, you don’t mind the tart, bitter taste.

I liked the product and my first purchase arrived with each bottle individually bubble wrapped and in great condition. However, the box I got at the PO today was leaking and two of the 6 bottles were broken. Very poorly packaged this time and although I contacted the seller, I got no response and there are apparently no refunds. Too expensive to have this kind of poor customer service, I won’t be buying this again.
