I'm a chronic ankle sprainer and I wear this all the time during/after recovery and exercise/working out. Easy to adjust/take off with Velcro strap to secure it in place for support.

Stabilizing for those struggling with balance issues or just for a little extra support in workout…..easy to apply, comfortable to wear….velcro stays tight throughout use as well as inexpensive.

These braces last about 2-3 months if used daily. Eventually threads stretch and the velcro starts to lose effectiveness, but again - that's after months of daily use. What I like about it is that it is not too intrusive and can be used with typical shoes and sneakers. You do need a bit more room, but not as much as other braces I've used. The side stabilizer bars, although not especially rigid, work well enough to prevent ankle roll.I've worn these braces daily for over 5 years and for my personal situation it is the best combination of features, stability, slimness, etc. for someone who needs an ankle brace.

I broke both my ankles/feet and at night I am to remove the boots per the dr. It was very painful without the boots so I ordered these. They have reduced the pain so much, keeping my ankles supported while I sleep.

This is a decent ankle brace. It's relatively easy to put on and take off. The construction/sewing seems to have declined in quality though. I have one that is many years old that I bought this to alternate with and the newer one is falling apart.

Item is on size fit all. If you have a shoe size over (Men’s) Size 9, I would suggest another ankle brace, way to small

I have foot pronation and plantar faciatis. From time to time my foot/ankle needs a a bit of extra support in addition to my orthotics. This does the job nicely. I did remove one of the heavy stays because it rubbed my ankle and made it sore. All's good now.
