T-fal Ultimate Hard Anodized Nonstick Griddle 10.25 Inch Oven Broiler Safe 500F Cookware, Pots and Pans, Dishwasher Safe Grey

I Love T-Fal as a brand. I've switched and replaced all my old cookware with this brand. Everything just slides right off after a light spray of oil and nothing sticks, not even burnt cheese, making it super easy to clean. I will continue to use T-Fal products in the future.

Blue Diamond vs T-fal. I bought a blue Diamond pan first because it was cheaper, then I bought a T-Fal. The blue Diamond is thicker aluminum, larger, and looks more durable. But the finish isn’t nonstick. Food slides right off the T-Fal, but adheres to the Blue Diamond, even with an immaculately clean, oiled pan. See the attached photo after cooking an egg on each, the Blue Diamond is on the left. I used PAM spray on the Blue Diamond which left a sticky black stain, which I could remove without scratching the finish. Apparently that coating reacts with the lecithin in cooking oil sprays. Avoid spray oils on ceramic cookware!

My previous griddle was much heavier and I had to make an adjustment in how fast this one gets up to cooking readiness. Now I am very happy. I use if for sandwiches, bread, and pancakes. It heats quickly but evenly. I haven't put it in the oven yet but don't expect to need that feature.

For some reason the one that came in my full set of T-FAL cookware was bent and wouldn't lie flat so was useless. Replacement seems fine so far but hasn't gotten much use and I hope it doesn't bend so it continues to sit flat on my glass-top range. Would be nice if the sides were a little higher to make Japanese omelettes and not worry about flipping a pancake and having it go over the very short edge.

We use this for heating tortillas and cooking pancakes (I use Kodiak Cakes brand).After over a year, this is still in great shape and has not warped being used on two different ceramic top stoves, sometimes being left on a hot burner by accident while we continue to eat.Don't use the dishwasher, though--not that we had a bad experience, but I believe it has stayed in such great shape because I only clean it with damp paper towels and non-abrasive sponges, then dry it and store it. I think dishwashers ruin non-stick faster than handwashing.

I have a T-Fal skillet which I have had for years. I use it almost every day and sometimes twice.

Bought this because we recently bought TFal frying pans and liked them so when we were looking for a square pancake pan we found this one and decided to try it. The main problem we have had with these shape flat pans is that they warp, but this one seems heavier and says it won't warp so we will see. It works great for now, like the finish and nothing sticks, also has the red label in the middle that shows when it is hot enough so maybe I won't overheat it which will help with it not warping. Would recommend it.

Love using this griddle. Heats evenly, non stick and dishwasher safe!
