I use this sugar to make banana cheesecake rolls, and they’re amazing. This sugar isn’t that expensive, and will last you a while. You should get it!!!

This is one of the sugars I use to make water kefir; it’s hands down the best. I took a star off because, as you can see in the ad, it’s packaged in very cheap plastic. Normally the cheap bag comes inside a thick baggie that keeps it from spilling when you open it. This time it came without the baggie. Picky, I know, but imo, $10/lb sugar should be properly packaged.

I have purchased this two times now and it has never disappointed me. I have purchased this to make my brown sugar boba pearls and I don't think another brand can surpass this one. For anyone willing to try to make their own boba pearls or willing to bake with this, I don't think you will be disappointed, it is a good purchase.

This sugar adds a depth of flavor that you will not get from dark brown sugar.

I usually use this for baking, and it is rock hard. It is hard to mix with a batter. I got two consecutive rock hard ones. They need to figure out how to keep their quality.
