As someone who's skeptical but always hopeful about trying new products, this one has been an absolute winner! I've struggled with my weight, sleep, blood sugar, and overall health for a few years now. I'm 5'3" and started at 170lbs. It's been a struggle to lose weight, and I've craved sugar and salt like crazy. After a lot of research, I came across this supplement, and learned about cortisol control. I figured why not give it a shot? So, I did! Within 2 weeks, I've dropped a couple inches from my waist, I'm not craving sugar anywhere near as much, my appetite/cravings are under control, and I'm sleeping like a ROCK. Overall, my body just feels A LOT more balanced, and I feel like I can function so much better. All I do is take it with my multivitamin every day. Just beware that you may get some headaches the first week, so stay hydrated and eating properly. This product has been a game changer for me, and I plan on continuing to use it.

I was trying to lower my cortisol but it lowered my cortisol too much and my doctor told me I needed to stop taking it.

I started to feel very sick and tired all of the time, never having any energy, my blood sugar was very unstable,and my blood pressure was running high when i had always had good blood sugar, blood pressure and energy in the past. I went to the doctor many times and they ran many tests and finally found that i had a very very rare tumor on my left adrenal gland and it had to be removed immediately. They were unable to remove just the tumor so they had to remove the tumor and the whole adrenal gland with it. This will lower cortisol not raise it. It also will lower blood pressure due to the magnolia root in it. I ned my cortisol raised not lowered and my blood pressure runs low already. It might be good for those who need to lower their cortisol.

I don't feel any better or difference from before I took them, I tried for a few weeks and no change

When the original makers of Super Cortisol Support stopped making it, I was in a panic mode since it works so well for me. When I found this was nearly the same as the original people making it (in terms of ingredients) I bought a bunch of bottles. I'm thankful that its still being made!! I will say this, its great stuff and keeps my cortisol under control. However, once on it, its hard to get off since if I forget to take this and get stressed out my heart starts racing and overall I feel bad.
