This is a great product!.PQQ is a B vitamin like compound that - believe it or not - actually can increase both the efficiency AND number of Mitochondria in our cells - which are the little energy producers we all have. As a pharmacist I can tell you this is very important as we lose both the efficiency and number of mitochondria as we age. This is the main reason we get tired easier as we hit our 50's and beyond. We have purchased this item several times and we feel that we benefit from it in extra energy. We take this along with Quonol COQ10 everyday and it is our intention to continue this practice. This Pqq is a good price and we like Swanson products.

I was curious as to whether this would really give me more energy or not. The answer is yes, it does!! I no longer require as much sleep as I did before taking this. I now have enough energy to do the things I need to do plus more. I feel stronger than I did before. If you are on the fence like I was, you should give it try. I am on my second bottle and plan to continue ordering this!! One more thing, this does NOT create the type of energy that caffeine gives you. This is more of a relaxed, peaceful energy that simply allows me to do more with less sleep. I highly recommend it.

Subtle but noticeable improvement in my cardio capacity and recovery. Hard to quantify the amount of difference I feel after taking PQQ for about 4 weeks, but my perception of my endurance and aerobic capacity when playing a hard tennis match as increased. I wouldn't say I have more energy during the day, but when playing hard I do feel less winded after 90 minutes of competition.

I love this brand. Always reasonable pricing and appropriate quantities to fit my needs.

This product was okay. My memory was a bit sharper, but it wasn't what I expected. It was not as unique as it was made out to be.
