I buy these for my two kids birthday parties every year! The kids and their friends always love when they are pulled out. Having the balloons bunched together like this makes filling them up so easy!

Do not fill these balloons and wait hours to use them. I filled them up one morning because we were having a party that afternoon. By the afternoon the majority of balloons had lost all their water and you cannot refill them. This being said, they did what they're supposed to do you just can't prefill them.
