They're easy to swallow, I've turned my oldest daughter onto these. She also likes how her body feels taking them.

For 35+ & not for lactating woman !
Seems amazing however did not get to try. A whole section of the box is not in the Amazon descriptions. Once received read it’s says not for woman who are lactating. Currently breastfeeding a 5 month old. Amazon refunded me very kind of them. No returns.

Good but not as expected
We got this product and have been trying it for a while, and honestly, we preferred the Vivioptal Multivitamin and Multimineral 90 soft gel capsules (orange box). The Vivioptal (orange box) Multivitamin and Multimineral capsules provided more of the essentials needed for our bodies, as it had stated in its description and information on its box, than this Vivioptal (pink box) Women Multivitamin and Multimineral 90 soft gel capsules information had said.
