Women’s Vitamins for Cycle Hormone Balance

Thankfully someone else posted this- I’ve been taking these a week and have had tons of cramping and major bloating. I look 6 months pregnant. The only new thing- these vitamins. I came back to these reviews and found one where someone said the same thing. Did some research on these ingredients- turns out the main herb should never be taken if you have heavy periods. Kinda strange since this is what they claim to help with.

If you are sensitive to hormones at all, be careful! I took this to alleviate bad cramps and PMS and started a week before I was supposed to get my period (and I track it very closely and have for four years, so I know when it’s coming). I started spotting immediately upon taking Flo. I kept taking it two a day for four-five days but the minor spotting continued until I stopped because I was spotting (a week early) but not getting a period. As soon as I stopped taking flo, the spotting stopped but then I didn’t get a period for three weeks (very late, I took several pregnancy tests, all came negative) and it when it came it was the worst period I ever had. Now after four years of carefully tracking my cycle (natural family planning) my entire cycle was thrown out of whack just by taking these for five days. Proceed with caution, consider yourself warned.

Gave me a ton of side effects, like vaginal cysts, acne, and cramps. The bottle or the site did not mention it could be dangerous to take with birth control!!

I have PMDD which is basically like PMS, but I act like a complete psycho. FLO has been life-changing. Not just during my cycle but all month. I’m more calm and less irritable. FLO might be saving all of my relationships, no exaggeration.

Wonderful taste but upset that I didn't research before buying. Chasteberry and Dong Quai interfere with birth control. Also because my mother has a history of breast cancer, these herbs have been linked to breast cancer. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

These gummies just made me extremely bloated and constipated. I'm already taking pills that affect my hormones, and these gummies seemed to counteract what I was already taking. These mess with your hormones, so I would recommend talking to your doctor before starting them. They did not work to me, and I've seen other reviews that this is NOT for people with endometriosis. I would be careful. Plus, they don't taste that good. The texture was a little gritty which I didn't expect from a gummy. I returned these.

What is with the barely expurgated F word on the back label? Because of this I won't buy again. Totally unnecessary, ya know. =/

I ordered this product because I’m on a mission to cure my PMS. With all new products on the market I’m skeptical and thus why it gets 3 stars until I have tried it for at least a month. But so far it has calmed my “CRaZy” LOL ... I mean I don’t feel as wound up and stressed as I usually do less moody. The flavor is good and the shapes of the vitamin is interesting I wouldn’t say it curbs my cravings but I can’t wait to see what will happen in a month .Update 2/8/2018After taking this product for 2 weeks one week before my period and one week on I can say it was one of the most wonderful experiences of my period life. I litterally had no pms symptoms ! I was nice to everyone lol. I give 5 stars because it’s worth it and it really works. It also calmed me and I get really anxious when I PMS. Please if you were suffering like me and doctors couldn’t help buy this product just save some for me!
