The watch has GPS, but it is very rare that the watch uses the GPS, most of the time is using this LBS which is terrible... it show more than 1 mile off. The second is the battery... now the watch “decided” to turn it off with no reason! It is not a cheap watch and I thought that it would last longer than 6 months!

Product turns on but won't swipe to next screen...I have tried to reset by holding for 15 sec.but didn't work then unplugged the battery and still doesn't work. It has warranty right?!

Do not recommend this watch,nothing works!

Very difficult to get set up

I have been instant messaging for three hours. Guess what? It still doesn’t work. I am unbelievably frustrated by this whole thing. It WILL NOT connect so it’s offline but makes calls. Nothing else works. And, the person helping me has access to everything I’m doing which is really scary.The GPS on this watch is so bad. Right now, it’s telling me my 5 year old is on the highway when he’s sleeping. The geofencing could be nice but it keeps bouncing in and out of the area. This is a good concept but needs a lot of work.DOES NOT WORK. THE WORST PURCHASE I HAVE EVER MADE IN MY LIFE.

I like the fact that it has several important features like perimeter control. 911 at the push of one button. Video record capability. Verbal/text contact with the three people programmed. This was the only smart watch phone that was 3G and 2G will soon be non-existent. I'm glad it doesn't have the kiddie cartoon GUI. On the downside It definitely could use a better battery. In this day and age it is all to important to have this device for protecting your loved ones unfortunately.

This smart watch worked fine for the first three months then just died. A little pricey for a three months use!
