The shoes are very cute and comfortable, the size goes about two sizes smaller so I waiting now for replacement. This company service about exchange works just wonderful with all trust to their costumers( for example they told me first to wait for another pair of shoes that they going to send me ( the right size) and they want me to send them wrong size of shoes only when I will get my right size.the service works amazing with big trust to costumer.i am fully satisfied with shoes and this company.

I bought these shoes in white for my wedding next year. I'm usually a size 5 or 5.5 and I decided to get a size 5. When the shoes came, they had accidentally sent a size 6 (because the shoes are marked with European sizes, not US). The customer rep, Cindy, was so nice and shipped another pair (size 5) right away. It took about a week and a half to get the correct size but I still had plenty of time! The size 5 fit perfectly :) The only thing was I had to add additional holes to the shoe strap because even the tightest one was too loose on me but I would still rate these shoes five stars! They make your feet look cute and dainty and they're unbelievably comfortable because the heel is thicker so your weight is distributed more evenly and there's a platform! So you get the height without the discomfort :) I wish they had these in my size in the black pair because I would buy it again!

I'm using these for my wedding in June. They came one day earlier! Color is exact. The clasp is a Ballroom Shoe style so it is a fast release. I had to YouTube this. Very comfortable and I feel stable in them.
