Value for money
Mixes well and tastes nice. I take it with water because i don't like a thick shake. Can't go wrong with the classic vanilla flavour. The calories are higher than i would like but this is good value for money if you're on abudget.

Absolutely revolting
There is far too much sugar. The sweetness makes you feel sick. There is too much soya - you might as well have a soya drink or yoghurt. Very difficult to get the lumps out when mixing. Would not recommend

Great value, high protein
I did research on a protein powder with the most protein and fewest calories and this came out on top. I’ve had it blended in a smoothie and alone with water and the taste is great.

Same Stuff - Check the Price
As ever, protein powders are a bit of a marketing man's dream. Lots of money for what is a very basic product that whispers sweet nothings into your inner gym insecurities. Of course the fact is that bunging a load of protein powder down your neck will have the main effect of making you fat.Very few people work out to such an extent that they can eat 'normally' and use a load of protein powder. This stuff is not like Weightwatchers stuff that's for sure. However, if like me you are a regular gym user but have enough realism to understand the above then protein powders can be a great thing. For instance rather than dig into a large Subway or other less than great lunch, I will substitute it for a protein shake. I get the protein and the calories remain within the acceptable levels so as to avoid looking like a whale. I work out to stay in shape all of the time not bulk up then cut like mad. Too old for that. So, I look for a decent powder at the right price and given the discounted price I see currently at under sixteen quid, this stuff is good value for money when compared to some of the premium brands. And given it has the same additives and protein I don't see the point in spending more.Taste is subjective and all of these powders to my mind leave a slight 'chemically' aftertaste. This is no different. That being said, this vanilla one is fairly nice tasting given that I use water not milk to mix with. With milk I'm sure it would be very pleasant indeed.Mixing is fine with water if you use a shaker. Yup, couple of small lumps but I'm using this as a protein alternative to junk food so have no issue with getting my head around the fact this is not French cordon bleu standard.Overall a very good protein powder at a sensible(ish) price.
