I bought this after reading the great reviews saying that it's "good quality" and durable. I was hoping that it'd be ideal an ideal backpack to throw my laptop and a few notebooks in but I was wrong. It's hard to slide the laptop in with ease and even harder to put it in/take it out especially when there's things inside the backpack. My laptop is only 13'' so imagine how hard it'd be to insert anything larger than that. The interior is big enough to fit the laptop but the opening is not, thus resulting in difficult insertion.Also! THERE ARE NO PADDINGS WHATSOEVER. I thought it was odd that the backpack arrived folded in half and then I realized why - there's no paddings. No paddings in the laptop area and no paddings on the straps. There is arguably a little in the back for space to insert the laptop, but was obviously put there without intent for comfort or safety. The material is also very cheap and thin and would not last you more than a few months. Overall, you're paying $33.99 for a $15 dollar backpack, tops.

I used this backpack as a carry on to Mexico City and it worked out perfectly! The straps on top helped me out and the bag is made out of durable material.

I love how the main, deep pocket is hard to get into. There are straps that cover the first main flap, and then you have to unfold that as well. The two main pockets are very deep and secure. I bought this bag because I'm going to Europe and I wanted it to be hard for people to get into my things; I think this is perfect because a pick-pocketed would have to do a lot of moving around to actually get inside the bag.

This bag is strong, light, simple, easy to use, looks good and overall well thought out. It's also easy to wash. I spilled curry in it and was able to wash it without much fuss. The main pocket is accessed from the top and from a vertical pocket on the side.

My bag came all folded. So now it bent permanently. Also the form straps and backpack is defective because of the bent. I could try to stuff in inside to fix the material of the bag etc but the foams inside the straps and back has already been permanently damaged. It will not like fluff out again. That said, the foam padding are cheap materials. Why would you shipped the bag like this?? It would been a great bag.

Its perfectly propotioned and the dimensions mentioned are accurate, I purchased the black one that has a flap with two straps over it, I use this in a city every day commuting and it keeps people from trying to open your bag and everything stays safely secured when you're running for a bus. I'm not sure how water resistant it was out of the box but I coated mine in a scotch guard spray and water just beads off of it. The material is a decent canvas and the only flaw I've seen is theres no buckle system to keep the flaps from moving around but its no big deal You can buy those or use Velcro.

UPDATE: COWORKERS SAID THE "LIGHT GRAY" WAS GREEN, OLIVE, EARTHY, BROWN, etc. I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED BY THIS COLOR DEPICTION IT IS NOT JUST "MARGIN OF ERROR" THIS IS COMPLETELY LABELING THE WRONG COLOR.I am really fed up with the coloring on this product page, all the bags are 50% darker than shown. I ordered what looks like denim black and got pure flat black, and now light gray is actually Army gray (it’s a greenish muted gray, not “stone” colored like the photo)You need to properly depict your products

I received this back pack 2 weeks ago and can honestly say this is a good value (so far). For under $35 we can't expect it to compare to bags over $100. It looks good and holds my 15.6' laptop + 10" tablet and a few other small items all at once. If I have an immediate critique is the the straps do feel this and I am afraid they will not last long if I use this bag as a daily driver. Since only time will tell, I can't deduct points for that. I will be purchasing from this brand again.
