I wish I can give zero stars. I can’t believe I wasted my money on this. It is burnt! Like really burnt! How in the world would anyone think this is edible? I bought this garbage despite the negative reviews I saw, thinking they were exaggerated. I should should have saved my money. I don’t recommend this product.

I was so excited to find cauliflower flour. To make it at home takes some time and lots of cauliflower. But was very disappointed in the flavor of this product. One it looks like cocoa, second it tastes like burnt something. I used it to make my pizza crust recipe. It all went into the trash. Wont be buying it again.

I have celiac and make my own pizza crusts and cakes, etc. I was excited to buy this cauliflower flour as it was pictured a very light tan color, makes sense if they slightly roast it to dehydrate and mill it. But what I received was the color of deep chocolate brown. I tried adding one cup to my pizza flour mix and boy did EVERYONE in my family hate it, all 6 of them. Our dinner was ruined. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The manufacturers of this flour should be slowly air drying it and it should NEVER be dark brown. I wish I could return it.

I really wish I could give a good review. I can not. I made cauliflower noodles with the product, Arrowroot powder, eggs, and salt. It was an attempt to make homemade noodles like the COSTCO noodles without all the additional starches. The end result was a pliability of fresh noodles, but the flavor and color was not good at ALL! I went to their website to see if there was a recipe for noodles. Not only was there no recipe for noodles, there were no recipes for this product at all. When I messaged the seller, they sent back a recipe for noodles made with cauliflower florets. I will try that recipe AND they lost a customer.

What a great concept, but it’s brown and tastes burnt. Very disappointed.

Was looking for an alternative to flour. Flavor and smell is almost burnt. Tried making meatloaf replacing crackers with this flour and the burnt after taste was too much. Can't see using this a baking alternative.

This is not fit for human consumption. It is not food. If you leave a pot of cauliflower on the stove until all of water boils off and then wait until your smoke alarm battery wears down, you would have burnt cauliflower. This is worse. If you scraped off the remining debris on the bottom of the pot, this is what would be left waiting for the brillo pad.

As ordered, just not as tasty as I had hoped but maybe my learning how to use more effectively.
