We have purchased three sizes and these are super knives, sharp, hold the edge and have replaced 8 knife set we had been using. Great knives for a good price.Update on this knife, the knife has stained even though it is cleaned and dried after each use. Still a good knife.

Very impressed
I am new to cooking above and beyond starter dishes. I am no sous chef by any means but this knife is terrific! I love the presentation when I received it. It is very sharp and cuts through meat very easily. I have used it for a couple weeks now and it is still great. I cannot wait to add to my culinary arsenal with purchasing more of their knives. If you are looking to get into serious cooking I would look into purchasing this knife. Great quality

Not the most comfortable grip
It is extremely sharp and very sturdy. Very nice think blade. However, when using a chef's grip it's not very comfortable.

Razor sharp - will cut through your cooking problems for sure!
Fabulous knife - well balanced, beautiful and highly functional. Do not regret this purchase! Just be careful, it is razor sharp! The balance leads to less hand fatigue and greater control when using. You get what you pay for!

Was not happy
Bought this knife hoping i could upgrade to a sharper and nicer knife. I got a dull blade out of the package and tried to sharpen it and was still dull.. for looks its a nice blade but you could cut your fingers off if your not careful with it...
