Can't tell if cover is opened or closed
The cover doesn't close over the phone so it won't show the time. The plastic is too thick that you can't use the finger print scanner.The time is on the phone screen, not inside the case. The phone can't tell if the case is open or closed, so you touch your phone and it changes to it's lock screen. It's awful.

Slightly below average case
The case looks fine, and finger print smudges don't bother me. As one of the other reviewers stated, I believe you should expect finger prints on a case like this. What bothered me the most is the advertised feature that the phone wakes up when you open the case. I've had a more expensive flip cover/case before and this feature worked great. On this case, I couldn't get it to work at all (after 30 plus attempts over a few days). Other then that, for the price, the case is ok quality. Not great, but perfectly fine for the price.

Cheap product
Does not work well with galaxy note 9 at all. Too much work involved in getting product started.

Nice looking and solidy built, but scratches easily
Really nice looking and solidy built, but scratches easily. It is also a fingerprint magnet. The only other issue I've had is that the fingerprint sensor cutout is really deep and is not easy to use. I have similar cases that aren't that thick and easier to access the fingerprint sensor. Overall nice case if you like style.

Nothing like the Samsung case for Note. QUALITY POOR
Alreadu the cover has ripped off. Unlike the actual Samsung Note case, you cannot use the touch on the screen cover. Poor imitation

Light weight case protects phone.
I was using a very heavy non-destructive case before and dropped it all the time. This case is very light, I have not dropped it once. The case back is magnetic and works well why car phone holder on my dash. This case is perfect for the price.

Great product
Love that you can see through it when phone gets messages. And when phone calls you can answer it from the outside. Can kind of use as a mirror.
