Perfect for 450 degree convection ovens
When I'm not using the Capitol Blue in my high temperature outdoor oven, I use this in my convection oven at 450 degrees with great results.

Don’t buy. No replacement or refund.
The media could not be loaded. Open the box and every bag has a cut down the side of each bag. There is no refund or replacement eligible. Had to throw it away of fear something was in it. Expiration date was October 8 2024. So old flour.

Healthier flour
We have discovered far less upset tummies using this flour. We primarily make breads with it. Makes great cookies, pasta and cakes.
