After inserted the T-mobile sim card, set apn accord to the operation guide and track the correct position of the watch immediately.Observed for a few days, the watch works normally, GPS tracking outdoor is very accurate,but there is a distance deviation in the room, contact the seller again to reply：Outdoor is the GPS mode will be very accurate, there is no satellite signal in the room, according to the mobile signal tower positioning, Lbs mode will deviation and unstable. In addition, everything else is fine, the watch sound clear. I hope that the watch will be durable in the future.

I ordered this watch for my mom who has Alzheimer's and like to wonder into the neighbor houses and won't leave because she thinks it is her house. Any way the watch only gives you an area it does not tell you exactly where they are and it take to time for the watch to recalculate to the new area. I put the watch on my back porch in the winter time while I was in the house and it kept saying that the watch was three doors down from my house. I will give you a picture of the area where they think the person is. you have to buy a sim card for the phone and pay a monthly fee for the sim card to work so that you can see where the person may be, make call and receive call the sim card come with a phone number. The watch could only make call but did not receive call when I try to call the number back it gave me a error message.

In spite of a lot of mediocre reviews, I opted to try this any way. I liked a lot of the features of the watch, but it wasn't until after actually starting to set it up that I noticed the GPS/app showed the watch was located 1km northwest of our house, by a turnpike, in the woods. I couldn't see any way to make it miles instead of km, but regardless, if it was showing she was 1/2 mile out in the woods by a road instead of at home, that would really freak us out too. There were other good/bad things as well, but this was a deal breaker and the watch is being returned.

I downloaded Albeila app because i finally found a good Android watch for my daughter but I am not happy with this app! It only work for that day I download the app if it is real time GPS they say will it’s no longer working. I did see the review on the app but I decided to take a chance on it because I really wanted this watch for my daughter but I would like if you all can just meet in the middle and fix the gps bug. So you can give us as a parent a piece of mind.

I was very displeased with the watch. It never connected properly. As soon as the watch left the home I was unable to use the gps, which defeated the purpose. The speaker is horrible, as it is very difficult to hear the person speaking. I was unable to get any of the features to work properly. I was very disappointed. Would not purchase again.

Zero stars wasn’t an option!The worst product ever! Does not work! Calls and messaging worked a few times! Always shows offline! GPS does not work at all! Terrible! Worst present ever for my daughters birthday!
