Looney Tunes Spotlight Collection Volume 8 (DVD)

We bought this for the family to watch some old goodies. The 1st dvd is all Bugs Bunny collection and the 2nd is a mix od characters but it's still missing some like Pepe Lepeu, Martian guy etc...So a little bummed about that because the dvd menu shows those characters but it's not in these collections. But we still enjoyed it none the less.

Superb classic toons. Great video quality. These are not the snowflake cleansed toons. A 3&1/2 hour delight. I am Bogart fan and that toon is included. Well worth the price!

My nine year old son and I love watching these together. I grew up on these cartoons and I would rather him watch classics like these than the dumb cartoons they have these days. Some say the old cartoons are too violent, but if the kid knows better it doesn’t matter. When they occasionally hit each other with a mallet on here, etc., my son gasps and says “that’s not nice”. So I know he knows better.

This is a pretty good Spotlight collection. Disc one has ALL Bugs Bunny toons, while disc two contains various Looney Tunes episodes including Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, and Tweety & Sylvester. Don't pay attention to the negative comments about the LT Spotlight collections. They are good to have for many reasons. One maybe you don't own the Golden Collections. Two. The golden collections may be too expensive for your budget. Three and most importantly, they try to pull the BEST episodes from the Golden collections and put them in these Spotlight collections. So this is good to own if you do not own the Golden collections.

Good Looney Tunes DVD set. I own Looney Tunes Golden Collection Vol. 1 and Vol. 4. and the Looney Tunes 4 disc double feature with Spotlight Collection Vol. 2, The Bugs Bunny/ Road Runner Movie, and Bugs Bunny's 3rd Movie/ 1001 Rabbit Tales. I've been looking for a particular cartoon "A Bear for Punishment" the cartoon with the three bears on Father's Day. This set has it !!! Lots of great Looney Tunes cartoons on this Spotlight Collection Vol. 8 would recommend to any Warner Bros and Looney Tunes fans.

I loved these as a kid, and bought this copy for my younger brother's children. If I wasn't the "favorite Uncle" before I am now, LOL.

Always funny to see characters like daffy, and the gang get in trouble

I wanted to go down memory lane when I ordered this. But.....not quite the episodes i would've liked personally. But no issues, the dvds we're in supreme shape and had no problems playing. I wish could take a better photo of the episode listings for everyone to view. Just be aware it may not be all the episodes you remember

The recorder spits both disks out . Neither disk will play as the regional code is not compatible.
