Use the jacket, throw away the other pieces!
This costume was just okay. The only piece that I liked in this whole ensemble was the jacket. Everything else is just poorly made. The corset's breast area was too tight and fit was not good. The hat was just a flimsy joke. And the skirt waist area is way too large and the length of the skirt is way too short. I am 5'3'' and 115 lbs, medium build. The only thing that fit okay was the jacket. I ended going with a different costume.
