Good points:It's quite light compared to some other children's bikesIt's a good looking bikePlenty of room to growBad points:The paint chips off easily when tightening nuts upThe mudguard hangers needed to be bent to fit the back wheel properly (they are in the pictures but not as delivered)The brakes needed a fair amount of adjusting which if you're not familiar with bikes might not be self explanatory - there are instructions on line on how to do this though.Overall, happy for the price and my daughter will love it.

Good first bike. Didnt come with any instructions but easy enough to put together (sometimes have to refer to the picture on here) and there was a nut missing on the seat which I replaced to secure the the seat.

I like it because it was the right size of bike for my daughter.On delivery it has some damages but my daughter was very excited and waited long for the bike I couldn't even think to return it. I have a pictures.

UPDATE: 17/08/20After only 1 use (April 2020 for approx 25 minutes) the rear wheel seized and would no longer turn.Repaired at local cycle centre at a cost of £20Exact same defect/fault has now reoccurred!Bike is now set for the local recycling centre!!UPDATE: 8/2/2020After waiting 5 weeks and speaking with 9 Amazon representatives (regarding a mutually acceptable return option for the original) the replacement arrived.Sadly the 2nd bike was also split at the chain guard (as per the original pic posted). I am convinced that this is a manufacturing fault relating to the mould used during the production process.Thankfully the rest of the bike was ok and my daughter is delighted.Amazon also negotiated an acceptable discount for the damage/inconvenience caused.I decided to use a small piece of clear plastic and super glue to reinforce the chainguard split and it is now barely noticeable.Original review: December 2019Such a shame!Gorgeous looking heritage bike which my 4 year old loves but sadly let down by a number of cheap components.Firstly I would like to state that I researched this bike for a number of weeks, across a number of retailers taking in all reviews (good and bad) before purchasing through Amazon.I unpacked this on Christmas Eve and carefully started the assembly. The first thing I noticed was the top of the plastic chain guard was split and stressed. As I then proceeded to separate the front wheel and mudguard I noticed the front mudguard was bent out of shape with a 3 inch crack/chip on the pink paint.Disappointed and to avoid tears in the morning, I proceeded to build the bike using the provided instructions and multi-spanner.This proved impossible as the instructions were generically written with no images or specifics. Upon reviewing a variety of product images online I was able to assemble the front mud guard and wheel securely but only with my own socket set and spanners (10 and 13 ml).You will need a socket and spanner if wishing to attach the stabilisers.Pros:Sturdy Frame.Good brakes.Easy adjustment of saddle + handle bar with provided Allen key.Looks beautiful.Cons:Instructions useless.Provided multi-spanner slips, chews up and is basically not fit for purpose.Plastic chain guard cheap, thin and flimsy.Mud guards made of cheap metal.Poor protective packaging.I now have to wait almost 4 weeks for a replacement with a gutted 4 year old who can't take her new bike outside!!Hopefully the replacement will arrive in better condition. Fingers crossed!!

Excellent all metal fittings … easy to assemble and looks amazing

Really nicely made and put together, it even came with the brake lines attached which was very helpful. Would recommend
