Good Product
Installation was easy. It is not fancy, but it does the work. The camera give a clear view of my front door. At night it requires lighting to be able to see. The scree turn off after a preset time; 20 seconds in my case. Wish the screen was a little bigger. Overall it is a good product.

Don't waste your time or money
Installation was easy, however, this product is a piece of junk. It will not work at night and the display is terrible.

Quality, but needs a few tweeks.
A quality product. I got this for my elderly mother. We've enjoyed it for several weeks so far. I would've given it five stars but I had to deduct two stars for some obvious reasons. Here are the following reasons: Numerous reviews mentioned a backlight problem. Sometimes if you have a portico or covered doorstep with low light in the doorway area you can't see the face clearly of the person standing in front of the peephole. My suggestion, either make a better quality camera for this unit or have a simple LED light bright enough when you push the button that broadcasts on to the image in front of the doorway Additionally, some reviews have mentioned that the viewing area is limited sometimes capturing only part of the head of the person in the viewing area (in our case, if you're under 5'4" we only see your forehead). We have this problem. And we even mounted the unit slightly lower to compensate for our 6 inch drop at our doorstep. My suggestion for the manufacturer, a simple fix for this issue would simply be to make the peephole mount flexible so it can slightly rotate left, right, up, or down after installation. Advice for new installation buyers, mount it lower than you think. Why you ask?...The camera captures plenty image above, 7' or so. But it doesn't catch much image below. Oh, and lastly, some have mentioned that they thought that this would capture a picture with a motion sensor option. I too thought this. However you do have to push the button manually a second time as the image comes up on screen in order to capture the image on your SD card. So, image capture is NOT automatic. Bummer!! A motion sensor option is desperately needed and I would've gladly paid another $10 maybe $20 if all these features had been added to the unit. I think they can be added fairly inexpensively. The look of the unit is great. And all the other features function as described. Installation is easy with pre-drilled hole, but I would eliminate the two tiny mounting screws for a "no-tool screw-in by hand" design. Note to other buyers, if drilling your door for the hole, be sure you have a large half inch bit. I would recommend this product. Loved the zoom in zoom out feature, and mine came with the included SD memory card. Niiiiiiiice. Thanks!!

Battery Eater
Pretty easy to install; just bored a hole through the door and followed directions. Setup was not too hard, and installing the batteries was straightforward. Image is decent and it serves its function adequately. My unit eats batteries. I have never gotten more than three weeks from the 3 AA batteries, and we hardly used it at all. Ergo my low rating. Something is draining the batteries, but it's just not worth it to figure out. Going to install a regular door viewer in the hole and be done with it.

This item suited our needs.
We use the monitor so we can see who is coming in the front door in our offices. It works well, except although it is wireless it does not seem to hold a charge very long. However I am able to keep it plugged in so it works like a champ.

Installation as easy as 1, 2, 3... minutes!
There are always those certain products that take a while to set up but I was able to install my digital door viewer within 3 minutes! The instructions were clear, I just needed to make sure to follow the arrows indicating the position placement of each part. The overall process was very simple with only few parts to assemble. I already had a hole in my front door from a previous glass viewer so that saved me the step of drilling one. After inserting a Micro-SD card into the monitor and placing batteries inside, I placed the camera cord with the screws slightly inserted in through the hole of my door and attached the steel bracket on the other side of the door. The only tool I needed was a screwdriver. Then I just connected the camera cable to the monitor, turned on the screen and now I am able to monitor activity outside my front door. Really satisfied with the easy setup of this device.

Where is the SD card??
It says it included an SD card but there was not one included. I kinda need an SD card. The only reason I bought this one over others. Also it is very cheap. Crappy screen views. Can't see anything at night. When trying to chang the batteries, the whole thing fell apart.

Dont buy
This was rather a disappointing item. This is one of those you get what you pay for items. If you can afford it just get a Ring peephole doorbell. Its much easier to install and it comes with a rechargeable battery. If I could return this I would.

Poor quality picture
Poor quality picture. viewing angle useless. If a person stands close to the door and are 5' 6" or less all you will see is their head.Even for the money it is not worth it. Do not recommend
