Spy Hidden Camera, SILLEYE 1080P Wireless WiFi Mini Camera Home Monitoring Security Nanny Cam with Night Vision Motion Detection for iOS/Android Phone

I got this camera because I wanted to be able to see what my dog was up to while I'm not home and because I live in an area that's not the greatest. It works beautifully. The video is good quality and the sound is ok. It's extremely easy to hide. Connecting it to my cellphone was pretty simple.

So, here are some likes vs dislikes:Likes: very small easy to place, battery lasts a good while (but I like it to stay plugged in), the quality was surprisingly great! I took snapshots and recordings and after using a quality app it determined that they are in deed 1080p.Dislikes:The instructions were 100% in Chinese so that was difficult (To operate turn it on and download the app, next on your phone connect to the WiFi that shows the cameras code on it, it’s a long code with letters and numbers, after go back to the app and click to connect!) My other dislike was the camera covers to hide them are terrible they are chunky plastic which I do not like. They are not realistic.All in all though this is a good camera and I would recommend this to someone who wants a decent quality spy camera!

This camera doesn't stay connected

The only thing that made me dissatisfied was that when I received it, I didn't know how to set it up, repeated it several times, even asked friends around me help install it, and finally contacted the seller when I was to give up. The seller was very patient and under the guidance of him, we found that the installation was such simple that it only took less than 10 minute. I got this camera yesterday. The setup had some minor hiccups but not bad. I noticed the first day that it would go offline and I had to power cycle it. Today after an hour of me monitoring it it stopped working and won’t go back online. I emailed their support and if they fix it for me then I’ll add more stars.Edit:I talked to support and they were very responsive to my issue. It turns out the WiFi signal has to be pretty good for camera to connect and to be stable. After moving my WiFi router closer the camera has been online for more than a week now without any issues. I'm changing my rating.

It is acceptable Objectively, I found that this type of camera initial setup connection needs to be attached to an APP. You will find it somewhat complicated when you start using it, but when you are familiar with it, you think it is acceptable. I asked several sellers and found that this type of product does have this technical bottleneck, but this price, this performance, I think it is OK.

Pictures are awesome. Easy to install. Instructions sheet letters are too small and it gave me a hard time. Instructions for PC are not very understandable, but i am ok because it works prefect on my phone. Bought a sd card but videos are not recording on the card. Main reason why i gave a 3 start is because battery life is horrible, only last 2 or 3 hrs will be perfect if could last at least 6 hrs. I now have to buy a power bank so i can spy nanny while i am working for 8 hrs.

The camera lens itself died out on me after first use which only within a matter of minutes. Wifi and normal recording became nothing but black images.
